Reminder - Meeting, Thursday, April 25 - 7:00 AM at Stevies Cafe and NOON at Lehmans with the Noon Club - And REMEMBER YOUR BOTTLE DONATIONS FOR Cinco De Mayo
This week is a general business meeting with our club in the morning. Remember on Thursday, Mike VG will also be at the Noon Club meeting in support of the presentation on the NEGU project (Never Ever Give Up - Joy Bucket construction) by Heather Bonneville. So please come Thursday morning and if possible can also join in at noon to support Mike and the project.
Last week we had a good turnout with a board report out and a short presentation on the update from the membership group.
Board Update:
Financials: $1747.76 Activity Account and $7271.75 Admin. Account (will probably transfer more to activity for future needs).
Further discussion held on location of our meetings. We plan to try out the Curling Club on Thursday, May 16 (thank you Don for making reservations and breakfast arrangements). More discussion on this in the future.
Started a new round of AOS. Looking for suggestions from club members on a specific project we would like the club's half of the winnings to go to.

Membership Discussion
Group is working on finalizing the handbook and outline for potential membership options (regular, business, companion). Will get more info. Also discussed options for meeting times, amount per month, and locations. More to come on that as well (trying out the Curling Club is one action towards this).
OLD BUSINESS:
Childrens Safety Fair is coming up on Saturday, May 18 at Maranatha Church from 10-1. Please see Jeremy or Clare for helping out! All volunteers welcome!
Kathy sent out 4th Quarter Dues notices several weeks ago - please take care of as you are able.
Reminder - May 2 - Thursday at 6:00 pm is our Cinco De Mayo celebration. This is a club social fundraiser. We have extended an invite to the noon club members and encourage everyone to invite someone they would like to be a potential member to attend as well. In addition, we are asking all club members to donate a bottle of something for our spin the bottle game. It is popular game ($5 a spin) and the bottle can be anything from a nice liquor to ketchup - be creative people! My donated bottle of hotsauce made Paul Chase very happy last year! Also, if you would like to donate something for a silent auction or bag raffle that would be great.
A couple of ideas for programs (if you need one) are: Dana Nelson (director@svdpricelake.org), Director of St. Vincent De Paul on what is happening there and at Pauls Pantry. Also, Candace Falk, from the noon Rotary Club went to Guatamala for Rotary and has a prepared presentation. (Thank you to Monika via Deb Neuheisel for sharing these ideas.)

We are “on” for April 25th with the noon club for our NEGU presentation/proposal for a joint club project. It appears we may have two local families receiving benefits from the NEGU Foundation currently.
