Reminder - Meeting on Thursday, Jan. 25th at 7:00 am at Stevies Cafe

Good Morning!
I think we have finally broken that chilly spell and are looking forward to some milder weather.  Reminding you we have our meeting this week on Thursday, Jan. 25th at 7:00 am at Stevies Cafe.  Cathy hosts and she will be briefly sharing some of the resources that Rotary has available to support clubs and then we will have time for each of our work groups to breakout and spend time on their topics/activities.  Plan to have some progress and be able to report out on Feb. 8th.   As a reminder the groups are:
Public Image (Monika, Jason, BJ, Ken and Trudy)
Membership  (Jeremy, Cathy and Mark)
Local/International Projects  (Kathy R, Dean,  Anna, Ken, and Clare)
Club Identity/Health Check  (Don, Joe, Jim, and Mike)

If you were not able to attend when the groups were established - just come on in - you can join anywhere that is of interest to you.

Last week Duana hosted and gave us some updates with Salvation Army.  We also passed around a signup sheet for volunteer working time with the upcoming CanAM Curling Competition.  Remember that if you want to attend any of the evening events you need to sign up and pay Kathy R. by the end of this week.

SELL THOSE RAFFLE TICKETS!!  This is our second largest fund-raiser.  Being a small club we really need to sell all 100 tickets.  Drawing is February 15th! Thanks!!

We also had a report out of financials.  Admin Acct.  $7256 and Activity Acct. $5372.  Still no winner on AOS yet. Also we have a plea out to the membership as we need someone to step up as our leader this next year....there is training available and that is coming up soon and the club will provide support for that as well as attendance at  our International Conf. in Singapore!
