REMINDER Meeting This Thursday January 30th    Stevies Cafe - 7:00 AM

Reminder that we have our meeting this week.  It is a Club Assembly and we will have our work groups get together to get back on track.  Just as a reminder here are the groups:

Local/International Projects:  Dean, Kathy, Anna, Ken and Clare
Club Indentity/Club Health:  Jim, Joe, Don, and Mike
Public Image: Trudy, BJ, Monika, and Jason
Membership:  Jeremy, Cathy and Mark.

Those not in a group can decide which they would want to work with (Tyler, Andrew)

We had our meeting last week at the Pioneer Village.  Tammy Schutt gave us an overview of the anticipated addition to this museum, along with a review on what they do and how they have grown.  It was really interesting!  There are also opportunities for volunteering for our club in the future! We met in their community room and they provided coffee and donuts - good meeting! Thank you Monika.

Mark shared that he and Cathy and Jason and Emily had a good time at the midterms....would like to get an update when all are together.

Continue to sell those Valentine Raffle Tickets!  Some have been turned in already.  Drawing will be Feb. 13th.  All funds raised will support the Barron Co. Food Banks.

Reminder that we want people to really work hard to get a speaker for their week or coordinate a social activity. If you cannot find one be sure to let the club know.  We have resources!

OTHER BUSINESS:

We are still looking for a new Treasurer starting in July 2025.  Kathy will be retiring and won't have the same technology availability. If you are interested please let her or any board member know now - you can get a LOT of training in ahead of time.

Also, if someone is interested in doing some PR (facebook and/or web page) we could use your help!    Would like everyone to check out our website to see what is there right now:  Here is the link: https://barroncorotary.com/
