This week Monika hosts and we will have 5 Czech Government officials from the Czech Republic attending along with our former member Angie Beranek and RL Mayor Harlan Dodge.
Along with that we have some fun music opportunities this week!! Tuesday (tonight) Music in the Park in RL will have the Czech Accordian Players providing a concert. We also have our social event for the month tomorrow, Wed. Aug. 20th - ADRC Dinner 4:30-5:30 followed by concert with Sean & Ian (great father/son duo, were on AGT). If you plan to attend dinner call 715-635-4460 to reserve a spot. Cost for dinner for those over 60 is suggested donation $8-$10, under 60 is $15. Bring your own lawn chair!
Last weekBJ hosted and we had Brian Schroeder, Northwood Tech Sr. Advancement Officer talk with us on the NWT Foundation.
A couple of other reminders/updates:
1) Next years Int'l Conference is in Taipei, Tiawan June 13-17th. Jim S. is planning on attending if anyone else has an interest in going.
2) Spirits Event tickets are available - please sell! This event will support the Salvation Army, Boys&Girls Club, Pregnancy Help Center, Benjamin's House, and Pink Ribbon Advocacy. Tickets are available through Kathy.

Will be finalizing By-laws at Sept. 2 Board meeting and will be bringing to the clubs the first week of Sept.

She will be talking about “Rotary Fights Malaria: Moving towards a Malaria Fee Future” as part of the White Bear Lake Rotary Club’s Global Grant.
