Reminder - Social Activity TOMORROW, June 18 and NO MEETING ON THURSDAY, June 20
Happy Rainy Monday! Reminding everyone that we have a social activity TOMORROW! June 18 - meeting at Knapp Stout Bar (13 W Marshall St. in RL) for a beverage and can get some eats or go next door to The Bar for a burger. Meeting around 6:00 pm and then heading over to the park for RL Music in the Park which starts at 7:00. Our very own Joe and Ana will be performing. Invite your friends and family and remember to bring a lawn chair!! Hopefully we will not need an umbrella!
Last week Mike VG hosted and Jim Stoll shared his trip on the Amazon - good pics and experience! Thanks Jim for sharing!
We discussed serving at St. Vincent De'Paul's for a meal and agreed on Monday July 15th. Monika will get us signed up. The shift is usually 8:30 -1:00 but we split it in two. This is what I have for committments:
8:30-10:30 Ana, Monika, Mark and Cathy
10:30- 1:00 Ken, BJ, Clare and Trudy
Enter through the blue door in the back of the building (it's labeled..."Volunteers enter here").

Ruby's Pantry - Saturday, June 15 - had a good showing for help - here are some pics!
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
- Ruby's Pantry - Next date will be Sept. 21.
- Cook a meal at St. Vincent de Paul's Pauls Pantry - date July 15. Either 8:30-10:30 or 10:30-1. Let Monika know if you would like to help!

No new updates from the District at this time.....will get more info with the induction of the new District Governor.
