It's Rose Week!! Here is what's happening!
Tomorrow Tuesday Oct. 24 - Social Event and Rose $ turn-in
Hi Folks - its a different week for us this week. Tomorrow we will meet at Adventures between 5-7 pm. At this time you can do one or more of the following:
1. Turn in your rose sales $ and ticket stubs for anyone coming to the mall to pick up their flowers on Thursday.
2. Turn in your rose sales $ - keeping any stubs for those flowers you plan to deliver on your own. You can come to the mall on Thursday anytime after 8 am to pick up those flowers to deliver. Look for the big Rotary Rose Sales sign.
3. Come to just socialize with your fellow rotarians.
If you cannot come tomorrow night - please send me a note with your sales numbers. You can bring your $ to our next meeting (Thursday Nov. 2 7:00 am at Stevies).
You will still need to make arrangements for delivery or get the stubs to us for those picking up their own flowers on Thursday.
THURSDAY - Oct. 26 is Rose Day.
There is NO meeting at Stevies this Thursday. If you are helping with delivery or coming to get your own flowers to deliver you are welcome to join us at Maxine's at 7:00 am for breakfast. We will head to the mall at 8 to start getting those flowers out
Our next meeting will be at Stevies on Thursday, November 2, at 7:00 AM Drew hosts and we will wrap up Roses and provide a board report out. Last week we had an update presented by Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald. Thanks Andrew for hosting.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
Can Am Bon Spiel Committees are set. They will be looking for help during the event on Feb. 1, 2, and 3, 2024 Sign up sheets will be coming soon.
Ruby's Pantry - December 16
Salvation Army Bell Ringing - will start in November. If you have any preferential times/places please let me know so I can schedule.
