Good Morning Everyone!

Please meet there as close to 7:00 AM as possible. The tour will begin promptly at 7:15 and will need to be done by 8:00 am. Afterwards anyone wanting to have breakfast will meet back at Stevies for a social breakfast. There will not be a formal "meeting" due to the time constraints - so please read through this bulletin for updates.
Last week we hear about RYLA from Hailey and Ellen - thanks gals for a great program and thank you Jason S. for hosting!
During the past week we also had a couple of opportunities for volunteering.
We had a nice group at Ruby's Pantry on Saturday - handed out approximately 20,000 pound of food - it was beautiful weather and it went very fast! Here are a couple of pics!
We also had a group work the Kiwanis Concessions stand on Tuesday evening for Music in the Park!
This second pic was from facebook. It is so good to get involved!! Thank you to everyone who was able to help out!

We held a board meeting on Monday evening working on a couple of things to prepare for our next Rotary Year. We are reviewing the dues structure and waiting to hear from RI for any adjustments and will discuss those with the club before making any changes. We are also working to finalize the leadership for next Rotary year. Our plan is to continue with a Co-Presidency. Dean Springer will begin his year in July - with the transfer taking place at our meeting on July 6. I will continue as a co-president through the end of the calendar year. We would like to stagger the start of one leader so we have overlap from year to year.....if this process does not seem to work - we will try something else. With that - I believe we are still looking for someone who would like to co-lead starting January of 2024 through December of 2024. This could be a co-leader or President -Elect.
Kathy has agreed to continue to serve as Treasurer for another year. We will discuss the rest of the opportunities available at our June 29th meeting. The board will also be making a recommendation for a donation of $200 to each the Kids from Wisconsin concert coming to our area in July and a fund-raiser for Music Programs in Rice Lake. We will share more info at our meeting.
