REMINDER - MEETING THIS WEEK! Thursday morning, March 12th, 7:00 am Cabin Coffee.
We will have our morning meeting on Thursday, 3/12. Ken hosts Rick Heidick from the District to talk to us about the LIFT program. This is the former Fast for Hope. The club will donate our breakfast money to the LIFT program (as we have always done for Fast for Hope). If you want breakfast this week - it is at your own cost. We will provide coffee.
Last week we had a great review of Board Meeting discussions. A couple of things covered:
The Cameron Business After 5 event is still progressing - waiting for confirmation of dates from Mosaic. Thanks to Don and Chris for heading this up.
The Bourbon event will continue this fall with leadership from Kathy R., Jason, Dean and Ana.
Looking at two potential major projects: Sleep in Heavenly Peace and Suicide Prevention Walk.
Visioning excercise will happen end of April - date coming soon.
Still collecting for Crutches for Africa - items can be given/brought to Tyler.

The main Joy Jar event is from 1:00-3:00, but there are preparations and boxing/packing and clean up shifts as well. We will have our social gathering following this event. Hope everyone can make it!
St. Vincent de Paul - We served 98 meals last Friday - was a lot of fun. Thank you to Monika, Clare, Lisa, Kathy R., Jason, BJ, Bill, and Trudy.

REMINDER - Meeting This Week - Wed. March 11 at Harvest Grill! 7:00 AM
We tried our new meeting place at the Harvest Grill and we like it so we will be meeting there again this week - Wed. at 7:00 AM. We placed our order for the spring daffodils, thanks to everyone who ordered! We sold 175 bunches. Profits earned from this will support our RYLA student.
